Committee Meetings are held bi-monthly in the recreation centre. 

Minutes of meetings are available to lot owners via the BCSystems portal.

Lot owners are welcome attend meetings provided the Committee is advised at least 24 hours prior. Meetings happen on the second Wednesday of each month, except February when the AGM is held.
