After further review it has been ascertained that the watering system requires replacement as the existing water stations are 15 years old, quotes are currently being sourced for this project. Further information on expected completion time will be available once a supplier has been appointed. During this time the gardens/lawns are continuing to be watered by hand and with the use of sprinklers.
Some sections of fencing have been identified as requiring repair or replacement. The committee are seeking contractors to quote on undertaking this work and would welcome any recommendations from residents.
Residents should contact the committee to report any fencing falling under body corporate responsibility requiring repair or replacement.
Please do not hesitate to contact the committee should you have any concerns or queries via email email@example.com
