Central Parklands Recreational Centre
All Recreational Centre facilities are available with some risk controls in place.
Residents are requested to follow directions on displayed signage and the continuing conditions as set by the Queensland Government.
Installation of the new irrigation system has been delayed and is now planned to commence on 13 November 2020. The new system is to replace existing system and will include self compensating drip lines which are more environmentally friendly, using less water and having less wastage of water through evaporation.
Gardens/lawns are continuing to be watered by hand and with the use of sprinklers and gardens are currently being fertilised with a slow release product.
The construction of the external boundary fence section off Loffs Road has been completed, painting of the fence will be completed at the end of November. Residents should contact the committee to report any fencing falling under body corporate responsibility requiring repair or replacement.
Committee Nomination and Motions - AGM 2021
All lot owners have received correspondence in relation to committee nomination and submission of motions in preparation for the AGM. The due date for submissions is 30 November 2020.
Community Recommended Service Providers
Maintenance and repair is an ongoing requirement for any home and finding quality, reliable service providers can be difficult. To assist with this we are creating a directory of service providers recommended by the Central Parklands community. We need your help to build this list, so are requesting recommendations.
Recreational Centre Access Tags
Additional or replacement tags can be purchased at a cost of $10. These can be obtained by contacting the Complex Manager, Greg on 0412584311 or firstname.lastname@example.org
